Memberships

• Monthly, paid at the counter. A membership is a monthly subscription. Right now we take membership payments at the counter — nothing is charged to a card automatically — and the membership renews month to month until you cancel. When automatic card billing launches, we’ll update these terms before anything changes. Current tiers: One Child at $59.00/month, Two Children at $89.00/month, Three+ Children at $109.00/month.
• Cancel anytime. Cancel from your account page whenever you like — no fees, no phone call required (though we’re happy to help by phone or email too). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for; you keep your benefits until then, and you can change your mind and undo the cancellation any time before the period ends. • Coffee credits. Every month your membership adds 5 hot drip coffee credits to your account, each good for any hot drip coffee up to 16 oz. Unused credits roll over month to month within the calendar year, and every balance resets to zero on January 1. We send reminder emails with your remaining balance on December 1 and December 26 so the reset never sneaks up on you. Credits have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for money.
• Founders program. Founders memberships are limited to 50 slots and can be purchased through November 28, 2026. Founders keep 15% off their membership price and 5% off the entire menu for the life of their subscription. “For life” means for as long as your subscription stays continuously active — if you cancel and later rejoin, you rejoin at the standard rate.

Visit passes

• What a pass is. The 10-Visit Pass ($160.00) covers 10 playroom visits — each visit is one 2-hour session for one child. Bringing siblings? You can redeem multiple visits from the pass on one check-in, or pay the additional-child rate at the counter.
• Giftable. Passes can be gifted. Every pass carries a claim code; gifting a pass hands it to the recipient, who claims it with the code (or their matching email) from their account.
• No expiration date. Visit passes currently have no expiration date — unused visits keep. If that ever changes, it won’t apply to passes already purchased.
• No cash value. Passes are for playroom visits and aren’t redeemable for cash.

The playroom

Drop-in play is $18.00 for a 2-hour session for one child, plus $8.00 for each additional child in the same session, for kids ages 0–10. Every child is checked in at the counter before play, and parents and caregivers stay on site — the playroom is not a drop-off service. Use of the playroom means agreeing to our playroom rules.

Event bookings

• Pricing. Events are $350.00 per hour with a one-hour minimum, booked in whole hours, and every booking includes a gallon of fresh drip coffee. Events are bookable 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, every day, subject to calendar availability.
• Requests need approval. Submitting a booking request costs nothing and doesn’t charge you. Your request is pending until a manager confirms it — we’ll email you either way.
• Payment. Once your booking is approved, your confirmation email offers a choice: pay a 50% deposit or prepay in full. Any remaining balance is due on the day of your event, before it begins.

Your account

Keep your account information accurate — it’s how we find your credits and passes at the counter. You’re responsible for activity under your login, so keep your password to yourself. How we handle your information is covered in our privacy policy.
